Her current path "ends" when she says she can't see you anymore as you are a student and you either agree or say you are still interested then <fade to black>.

In Chapter 11, she shares a "look" with the MC that comprises just one screen (not scene, screen) in the one chemistry class you have with her and that was it. I was pretty disappointed she got literally just one screen in one scene.

I'm with you on this, I've said for a long time the pair of them have always been into the MC than they have with the other, heck heartbreak Josy path shows this. It's nice that they acknowledge there faults this episode, but it's nothing new, essentially alone they are forcing the issue and in the thruple the MC is acting like a band aid.

I think the trio will be saved by drama: Maya gets sick, and Josy won't have the courage to dump her. The MC? Who knows, but if he dumps her, he'll have to dump Josy, too, and he will be seen as the evil guy who abandoned his sick girlfriend.

Or maybe not. Only DPC has been watching this list closely (thus the delay in updating), and Maya's hands thing was just a joke directed at us for making fun of the materials he chose for Maya.

I bet on:
- jealousy in their relationship
- Another crisis, for example Helen will die from illness
-Josy issues with herself

Because the main problem that was bothering Maya and Josy was eliminated - the loan topic was closed and Maya began to making peace with her father.

I don't think it's likely. From what we can tell, Melanie is Asian much like Riona while Troy and Chad are both Caucasian like Sarah. I mean sure, one of their parents could be Asian and another Caucasian but I doubt it. Melanie and Sarah both said that they're friends with Chad, so I'm not sure they're linked to Troy in any way. After all, Melanie was most distraught about Chad during the 'break up'. Who knows what it could be?
