Yep, even the fact you didn't know she was Sage's mother, doesn't save you.
It can be annoying, but I really like that choices we make, with seemingly no connection (i.e. Rusty/Bianca) have consequences.

I'm not sure if I remember right, but didn't we get a scene where MC narrate that he "would've done something sooner if he knew"?
If that's the case, I wouldn't put past it being something REALLY rough, like an hanging rope if she tried to commit suicide when "the thing that happened to her husband happened" (which I don't remember if we learnt? if he's dead, divorced?)
People suspected something like a kid room or BDSM, but it wouldn't fit the "If I had known, I would've called out for help".

Also Sage gets really worked up when topic of Strippers comes up.
First during FWB you tell her you knew about Lily from The Pink Roses.
Then her thinking Lily is using MC, And telling MC he is better than "someone like her".
Girl got some real gears to grind. Then Madame shows up in Date with Sage.

Thinking about it, I feel like it's a real possibility.. Maybe she didn't try, but she was about to. She put all her husband stuff in that room (which would explain the boots) and she was ready to do it one night... the night MC came naked to the library (she was about to get in her car.. which would mean MC was seconds away from missing her...) or the time you end up sleeping at her place (she wanted to have diner to make sure Jill would have a good friend to take care of her after she's gone...). Most likely the 1st one, but still...
That night changed everything. She never opened that door since then, putting those "bad thoughts" behind her (but not totally...), so it became a "distant memory". BUT she still need help, since those feelings/problems were never resolved?

Doesn't fit. Sage tells MC she can't enter the name in Google because of some blockade. Sage don't know anything about her mother except the name.

Is there a Maya-affinity check to get her skating scene? Never got the skating scene on my JM run (didn't even know it existed till the other day). Do I have to lean toward Maya in the JM scenes previous?
He probably got picture/s of the DIKs in his room and/or of his moose head in the DIKs mansion.
Oh yeah, Lily's talk about bullying and soft sex melt down I did not see coming. I totally thought after episode 10 Riona was the dark horse, but with nothing but an unanswered text against life shattering intimacy Lily is riding away with it.

And I just watched back the interactions with Bella in Ep1.. I know you can't really based an argument on this since it was the beginning and DPC was fleshing out his characters, but... She's the Ice Queen, she's checked out, seem uninterested, when she catch you naked, she's just angry and judgmental... And the moment you tell that you lost your mother at birth, she completely changed... So it might've been the moment her plans shifted (or she pushed them further a little bit). She didn't have the same urge that night. The day after, she saw Jill and MC talk, so she went into "Protect Jill" mode and wanted to make sure he wasn't the kind of boy who would take advantage of the situation with a vulnerable Jill (which fit with the diner she wanted to have with MC). Then she started being more and more happy, making more friends and being a teacher (which I don't remember if it was her goal when she was a librarian or if she became a teacher just because they were short staff).Or the husband did it and she never had the strenght to clean it up..?
