A pause isn't necessarily a definite closure. Then again, seeing what Quinn is doing, I doubt she will unpause the restaurant, if she even goes back to B&R at all after her war is over.

Exactly, paused, it kind of insinuates that Quinn is looking to start it back up at some point, which means that there's going to be yet another sub-plot where Quinn is probably going to try and blackmail Stephen Burke.

I know it's not a defenitive closure, we don't know the conversation Burke and Quinn had. He could have told her to shut it down completely, he could have told her to reign it in a little.. Whatever the case Quinn's told Mel shes paused the services, wether that's cause Quinn knows it can be opened again or she thinks she can get it open again is another question...
Either way she closed it, be it temporary or full time. But I think the shit with Rio has opened her eyes a little so it's likely she's not going back there...

He's likely got more dirt on her than she does on him. If we believe that Magnar & Ron were involved with sending the pictures from the DIKs laptop to relevant parties, including Stephen Burke...It's more than likely that Magnar & Ron have something on the HOTs as well, something that could lead to the sorority being disbanded. That's the exact response that pisses Lily off. People look at her as a stripper and immediately think she's a prostitute and/or whore. I believe that this conversation shows she's not offering sexual services for money. She gets quite indignant that people think she is when they look at her.
