Though I agree it'd be better to specifically discuss it.One, there isn't any exclusivity talk. Two, you have only just switched to a relationship after fucking around with who knows how many girls. It'd be fairly normal for Fuckface to slip for a moment here and there, especially if heavily drunk. Three, the game can deck you even for things like mild flirting, without touching any asses at all.
There's no real human beings in existence who are immediately cut off any and all sorts of potential flirting on the grounds they have a bf/gf. Hell, if the game applied these "rules" equally the Sage would never return Fuckface's "I love you" because she's flirted enough with Josy in the last couple episodes to get her "cheat counter" past the cutoff point.
While potentially considered "normal", slips while drunk are still an indiscretion that could upset girlfriends. If MC is the type of person that has slips like that when they're drunk and being faithful is important to them, they shouldn't get drunk to the point they can't control themselves.
Some of the flirty responses that give tc points are a little borderline, I agree. But most of the ones that are just playful word banter don't.
Lastly, plenty of people stop flirting when they commit to a relationship. That certainly was the case for me and every one of my friends I can think of.

I honestly doubt that, I don't see it happening. The DIKs as a frat are too wild and crazy for someone like Lucas as an example. I do think Lucas is a bit cool, especially when he got a suit exactly like Tybalt's just to make fun of him some more...But still. He's not DIK material, but he's not all bad either.

You'll need to ignore my ignorance here, my knowledge on how a US college year is broken down is a bit sketchy...
But we've only just completed the fall semester and that took 12 episodes. Isn't there another semester before graduation? Unless DPC is going to do some serious time jumps we are unlikely to see the DIKs without Rusty or Tommy unless it's epiloguey

At least in Europe there are two semesters and before that we had 3 trimesters.
But with Zoey Joining mid year, I think 'Murica is different anyway, here you would have to wait for next year.

Rusty and Tommy are not in their last year, I don't know where people got that from. They are in the same year as Jill, which means they have 1 and a half years of B&R left.

In any case, I got to the ILY moment in my main JM save with 0 cheater points, and I still occasionally took Flirt options when it was obvious it was just playful banter. But other times I deflected to safer responses.

Not in the Netherlands. there are studies where you can also enter halfway through the year, but you need to do the tests you missed the next year (just like in BaDIK).
