- It's way more likely for a mother to die of childbirth when giving birth to twins (or more) than a single child
- To keep Lynette's memory alive they named her daughter Lynn, but because Neil was poor and unliked by Lynette's family, he was forced to only raise 1 child and he chose for MC
It's a stretch, but a common soap opera thrope.
If that is the case I'm sure we will find out, but not through the diary. I think it's more likely that MC finds out when he searches for his mother information on the internet and in the archives, especially on Sage's path when you're going to look for information on her family.

Okay... that makes some sense. Maybe that's why Neil has legal problems? Grandpa forbids Neil from seeing his daughter? But why has Neil never told MC about him having a sister? I prefer to believe that MC is an only child, though.

I agree on that last one. There could be any number of reasons why Neil would never tell, especially if the threat comes from someone with money and power.
The two I can currently think of are:
- Neil and grandpa made some kind of deal that could be pretty nasty when not honored.
- It was just to painful for him to tell and being reminded of losing 2 precious lifes to him at the same time.
I think that all his former patrons who could have dared asking that have already banned since at least one year...
am i the only one who choosed being friends with josy but wanting her still? then i just keep advancing the game until i see scenes where she puts facial expressions of sadness and jelousy when she sees the MC with another girl, and in the interactions between her and the mc when i choose to play the card "i still think about you"?? i played this game so many times that i find this things amusing, i love the love story with josy, i think it is the best writed story of a LI

We're probably getting 3 "regular" episodes and then a big story conclusion episode and an epilogue episode. But it will still take about 6-7 years to get there, so plenty of time yet
Q&A isn't out yet, but I'm sure someone will ask about dev time again. Whether he answers it is the question, but don't look for him to give a definitive timeframe or to even commit to making it any quicker.

This is my problem with the theory. Neil absolutely dotes on MC and whether he could afford it or not there's not a chance he's not fighting for both children, still Gramps comes from money so it might have been enough to scare him as if the courts would have deemed it necessary for the grandparents to raise the sister, the brother would have had to go too and he might have preferred the chance with one rather than none - I Still think the theory is far fetched though

My Guess would be 2 regular episodes and then into the ending (which will take us to the 14 he says he definitely needs) with him splitting the ending down as needed (which could push us to the 16 he also predicted)
