The most obvious thing I can think of is the moose head. It may seem trivial, but it's theft. Tybalt is going to talk about foul play, and do his drama queen thing around this event. At the very least, he'll draw negative attention to the DIKs.

Taken independently, it's nothing at all, but I think Magnar is aiming for an accumulation of small problems, so that after a while the college authorities will say that enough of this crap (fights, theft, vandalism...) has gone on long enough, and that it's time to disband the DIKs and the Jocks.

I doubt it. Derek has been flaunting that moose ever since he stole it. I doubt Tybalt didn't learn about those clucks for all this time.

Sally does not take English or Maths with MC - but as others have pointed out, there may be another class that Sally is in. We do know that characters have to do retakes... Dawe is one of them.

In all honesty there's loads of people it could be.

2. It's normal that for exams classes are mixed up from their usual groups.

Does not mean there was just one exam. Usually here when one group leaves another group takes the exam.

That is the thing what would be the point for the plot if that was the case. Its a big waste of story if Ashley was the cheater. I highly doubt that. Also Bella said Ashley is a top student after marking the tests

And I'm asking for the evidence. I'm not denying the possibility, I just want the evidence. MC ended in the exact same room for both tests, proven if you actually use the cheat. Sally was not there in any of the circunstances
