I agree and I can already see at the time of her death she remembering Rox saying that she underestimated the White Knight (CHICK MC) in the chess game and that mistake was the end of her. DPC loves this inspirational message shit!

If you played that path, you should realize that that is exactly the story that DPC is trying to tell here and that story would be working much better without the prostitution.

The whole Riona bit would've worked just as is without the prostitution with Quinn just exploiting here as a sub dealer.

The prostitution was to add free sex in the begginning and to, as I said, make Quinn character even worse and confusing and polirizing in the eyes of the player. And it worked as intended since, for you, this made her irredeemeable.

She pursues this path blindly even if she knows it's wrong and stupid. Out of pride and out of need to have a connection with her father.

I have not a single save in which they worked out for me. I clean the damn thing, I feed them and all they do is getting sick or dying until I give up.

Pay attention not to overfeed them -- only put in as much food as you have fish in the tank, so the food amount indicator is green. Coupled with the $10 item that boosts birth rate, that's basically all i needed for the fish to keep breeding like rabbits.

The way you write it, just makes it worse. A character doing something he or she supposedly knows is wrong and stupid just because the story needs to character to behave like this anyway, is just bad writing, period.

To me it just felt like a money sink in the early game. It's not like you spend all of your easily gained cash on cheats (especially if you're playing without minigames).

Oh, we definitely can... but I suspect this will need even more out of the players. Quinn is veement on digging her grave as deep as possible.

For the players to save her, we need to not be on MaJo's path, buy girls from her and spend a lot of money on her, be a DIK on the late game (meaning you also lose Jill's path), you need to succed on the mantion repair minigame because you need Rusty's car. I bet there will appear new switches, like MC not being bothered with the drug stuff, him trying to beat Vinny, not being on Lily's path, maybe being understanding of the shit she did with Rio, not being on Zoey's path and maybe more.

We need to do a whole lot and sacrifice a lot to be able pull Quinn out of the hole and the darkness she willingly entered.

Edit. Her restaurant is not needed, but you need to use drugs.

Actually...The only requirement is to be a DIK affinity and fuck her on the roof. You can fuck her on the roof without needing to buy from her restaurant. I just checked it out.

Her death sentence was not that she wanted to try cocaine. It was that the cocaine was 'poisoned' like Jonathan said. Same cocaine killed Rox too. Now I won't blame Buddy here because Buddy actually cared about Rox, but someone did something to that particular batch.

That's what bothers me about that whole story, your GF gets killed by poisoned coke and you do nothing about it? Not even report the dealers to the police? Something feels off about that Jonathan guy.

The story didn't need shit from Quinn, she was written this way on purpose, this is for her own character. The extra sex from her restaurant was just DPC making lemonade.

This is not bad writing in any way. Is it a master piece? No. But Quinn was literally created to be like this.
But she had plenty of good reasons (in her mind) for that, she desperately wanted a connection to Rox which died from overdose right in front of her and, for her, she had to go as deep as possible to achieve this. Even though she knew she was being stupid and she had people trying so hard to be with her and help her be better, she pushed them away as strongly as she could out of this stupid pride and need to prove something to herself.
