There is no sex scene, but there is a dialogue with her if you are on her route (either with or without Lily route as well). If you're also on the Lily route, you must make a decision to drop one of the two.
But that's the whole thing about that scene. The lack of dialogue is what makes it more intimate. It's supposed to feel different than anything prior.

I don't remember dialogue with her, is it after the party? Just remember the part where it said that she was busy looking after her kid.

Bianca won't have a solo path for her... it does not make sense. That switch is probably us getting her contact and getting some flirting and nudes.
For me, the only way we get in a relationship with Bianca is in a throuple with Jill and being completely honest with it, it's actually possible. Jill is not the jealous type, even when we invite her back home to meet Neil and tell her about the plans to meet up with Zoey, she is more weirded out than jealous. To get to Bianca's scene you literally make choices that rises Jill's points, that's a bit telling.
Also Jill is, maybe, into both Bella and Bianca. And she is getting more wild with time as well.

Yup, it was a total lie when Jill said it wouldn't happen again when Bella lay with her back towards Jill earlier on in the series. Jill just said that hoping Bella would turn around so she could eat her face and boobs again

So far she seems to prefer DIK, aka "the one you tease is the one you like". Also giving her Derek's special brew is a DIK option that she really loved, although that was before we knew what was in it.
