If you didn't say it to Maya, Josy, or Sage in this episode. I see no reason why there shouldn't be another chance to. When it comes to how you could but didn't, it doesn't necessarily mean that he doesn't love them and never will, it could just be chalked up to "didn't feel like the right time", or something like that. And in the case of MJ where you did say it to one girl, it doesn't necessarily have to mean he doesn't feel that way about the other girl, it's just he hasn't had the same sort of moment to say it to them yet but still could.

I wish James came back alive, it would be more interesting for the story. However, I believe that DPC wouldn't be able to make James' return work without making the fans scream NTR! Besides, if MC is on Bella's route, DPC wouldn't create another Zoey in James.
