When I run the Season 11, just in the first scene with Lana and some guy, the game close without any type of error message. What is the possible problem?

That happens when the game detects that you've used some sort of mod in the past.

Options for fixing it are to install an up to date version of the mod that bypasses this episode's checks, or to trash all your saves (and the backup saves the game keeps elsewhere) and start again with a clean install of the game.
