Welp, its relief to see things coming back to an almost normal lol.

Not that what happened here is too surprising, BAK is arguably the most famous AVN rn and that bastar... I mean our dear DPC did almost touch 20K patreons which is an absurd amount, money talks and people like his work.

I had a few weeks to stew on EP 11 and I mostly stand by my Review, it was an amazing update and mostly worth the wait even if my favorite path was a bit of a downer overall...

Josy and Maya have a tons of issues to work out and I hope DPC won't make the throuple break up inevitable. However what I will not forgive is the shit tier music used on the FUCKING BEST LEWD SCENE IN THE EPISODE.

I MEAN WHAT THE FUCK, HE ADDED OVER 40+ SONGS TO THE UPDATE TO THE GAME AND HE CHOOSES TO USE A RANDOM ASS SONG FROM EP 3 FOR THE MOST HYPED UP SCENE???

OK, this is a really sore point for me, but it really bothered me since I normally can never point out any misses from DPC in the music department.

However, thinking about the game music did gave me an idea...

We are at least ~17 months from EP 12 and we still got shit from DPC from the new cycle so nothing new to discuss yet, so why don't I start a little something to distract us?

I limited it to songs with vocals—with a few exceptions—and tried to choose based on story vs mood vs radio: how it works in the game paired with certain scenes, the emotions or fun it conveys on its own, and immediately singing along if it popped up while switching radio stations (or playlists whatever).

My current, highly unscientific, prediction is sometime 2035. There might be more information to refine my wild extrapolation when the Q&A eventually releases.
For what it's worth, my 2035 prediction also predicts that episode 12 will release September 2026. My actual prediction at the moment is September-November 2026. We'll see how badly wrong I am.


If the game is closing itself without showing an error screen and it's doing it while Lana is begging Than for something in the opening flashback, then it's because the game is detecting that you have used a mod at some point. It doesn't matter whether you've uninstalled the mods or not, so long as you're using a contaminated save, the game will catch it.

I think we’ll have to wait until at least 2026, I hope DPC changed his mind about his total estimate of episodes left. I hope he adds at least 2 episodes so we’ll have enough time to see it properly conclude. With that said, 2035 won’t be a stretch

I actually had the game open in the background yesterday listening to my favorites list on the in-game phone for a time.

Caribdis has a pretty strong music list for Eternum (although he had to take a lot of great songs out), but no one beats DPC as far as the in-game music is concerned. I'm mainly a sucker for the songs from Bex and Beza that underline the emotional scenes of the game.
