An antagonist is any person who actively opposes or is hostile to someone or something; an adversary, to the protagonist. Quinn and Lily (even Riona) are antagonistic to MC's romance. This is mostly a romance story. They, and many of the Others are sexual, but they're against the concept of romance.
Other antagonists/adversaries in the story are in the chapter's plot (whatever the MC wants to do then), or the overall plot of the MC (e.g. MC vs. Tybalt), are against the MC.

I just recently finish my 4th playthrough with Sage and I found something interesting. Better Cock Spock the main L.I. are not called Bella's bitches but they call themselves Sage's girls. Looks like the leader of the group is always the Red Ranger/Green Ranger

I just finished episode 11 and I have to say this is the first time I found myself not liking the MC. Normally my favorite games are ones where I can imagine that I'm the MC going through all the adventures. In this episode there were at least three instances where I felt that the episode 11 MCs behavior didn't match the previous 10 episodes.

Granted it's not a traditional relationship and MC already knew that Neil wouldn't get it, but he did such a terrible job explaining the throuple. He could've given some backstory, how he bonded with Maya, how she and Josy were already together, etc, but no, MC got all pissy about it and sulked for a month, bringing the girls down too. And that wasn't even the biggest issue facing the three of them this episode

MC not listening to Sage & Jill seems perfectly in character to me. He usually only thinks about himself and is terrible with listening to and interpreting the emotions and thoughts of others. Same happens during the talk with Sage during Lily's route.
