Did she found out?
Sage won't say she loves you if you did not reject Jade immediately, back in Episode 3, do not let her give you a foot job.
(You could use URM or console commands to change ep_3acceptedJade to FALSE - of course if you slept with her and told derek and the video - you have to change those too).

Restaurant, screwing around with anyone else is fine.

The only other thing is once Episode 9 starts avoid cheat points as much as possible (they have to be under 5).
And your Sage relationship points need to be above 21 for her to say it back.

But making the sage scene matters in this while she doesn't even know yet is kinda dumb

If you haven't passed that point yet, then no, it doesn't matter.

You might want a second jill save, for the Bianca cheating route.

*edit* Also you don't want to be completely monogamous on the Jill or Bella route, at least until you declare a LI, as you might miss some future content with them.
Yeah, Jill is not my top priority unless it involves Bella in the future, but I definitely got hyped with Bianca when staying at her cabin :p
You can start branching from there (most of us did), but we've just discovered that something you did with another girl in Episode 3 has blocked something with Sage in Episode 11.

Who knows if Episode 12+ will have any more of these hidden traps in them?

I'd advise for now just keep going until you get it all worked out and a feel for it (and sometime in the next 18 months before Episode 12, redo your paths, now that you have a better idea of how it all works).
Yeah, we can't know what happens in future episodes. There will always be that butterfly effect where a (minor) decision in season 1 or 2 will have big consequemces in the end. I assume you're referring to

Which leads me to one the most annoying things in season 2:

It should also noted that the "jade_state" should be value to zero. If the value is 1 to 3 then MC will still feel guilty to what she did to Jade.

That's not dumb. Because of having fun with Jade MC is on huge guilt trip for doing it with his girlfriend's mom. To the point of mental problems.
We are morphing MC with our decisions, not Sage.
It is a bit tough though because the MC doesn't know of that connection until we go to the apartment to try to help Maya.

We never get a chance to break it off, and apologize to Sage.

Not that Sage would forgive you even if you did, not with that temper of hers. :KEK:

We don't know a lot of things in our life, doing mistakes and regretting then. Such is life.
Ofc she will not forgive him, when the justification "I didn't know" worked?
It's a zugzwang situation. Any further move will make the situation worse.
Not telling Sage means living with guilt and beating yourself up over not being able to love her. Telling her means the relationship is over. Breaking up with her and go back to Zoey - terrible, we completely disillusion her view of relationships and betraying her in the worst moment of her life.
There are no good options.

I am reminded of the Virgin Mary scene in Full Metal Jacket.

"Sir, negative, sir! Sir, the private believes that any answer he gives will be wrong, and the Senior Drill Instructor will beat him harder if he reverses himself, sir!"

Quinn has a paradigm shift, and yet it will be too late for Quinn. Yes, she's protecting Riona by turning Buddy, Mick, and Vinny in to the police, but she's painted a target on her back. Even if she makes a deal with the police, her time at college will be over. Furthermore, Buddy, Mick, and Vinny will hunt Quinn down if any of the three ever get out of prison. She has to leave; she has no other choice.

The only question is, will she go alone, and if not, who will go with her?
Of course, Quinn's going to have problems. But if MC is in a romantic relationship with her, he will save her, because he is destined to win. Just get over it.

ation. Any further move will make the situation worse.
The solution is very simple - say nothing, and brazenly deny everything if it somehow gets out. :WeSmart:
Spit in the face of the one who accuses you, even if the accusations are true.
Stand your ground. :cautious:

I am curios about female domination tag. Is it one of the love intersts who lean towrads it or just some scenses along the story?

So what's better, guys: starting the route after going all the way with the other girls in Seasons 1 and 2 and then choosing one at the end, or just focusing on one girl throughout the whole story? I tried the Dik Sage route, and there were no hard feelings with any other girl. But if you were already in a relationship with Maya and Josy, Josy starts to cry. I feel like the latter is better for the story overall, but I’m not sure.

This is the last post that I will make about the Nick laptop confusion.

Since witnessing the argument between Nick and the DIKs I have been trying to come up with logical reasons for Nick being willing to admit to being with the laptop when the Cathy cluck was posted but not that he posted the cluck.

I have come to several possibilites through my own thinking as well as community ideas and will break them down into three catagories which are "Nick is innocent", "Nick made a mistake" and "Nick is lying".

Of course it goes without saying that Nick's behaviour (outing the DIKs dirty laundry, banging Heather, stealing the fishtank money etc) will mean that some players will not forgive him regardless, however, I believe that due to the number of variables that lead to Tremolo sympathising with Nick, he will have a role in bringing down the Magnar plot if the player has been sympathetic towards him.

With that being said, I will start with "Nick is innocent" theory.

Magnar has hacked the DIKs laptop: This theory came from the thread, not from me personally. It suggests that Magnar has hacked the code of the "Brawler" app to gain remote access to the DIKs devices. In this theory, Nick was in the right place at the wrong time during the party when the Cathy cluck was first posted. When Nick was using the laptop during the party and logged into the DIKs cluck account, Magnar could remotely post the cluck which would frame the DIKs and Nick became an unfortunate scapegoat. This theory tracks with what Nick has told us, that he was with the laptop during the party but that he did not post the cluck, and also means that the image of magnar editing the brawler code has a pay-off in the story.

"Nick made a mistake" theory: In the aftermath of the Cathy cluck being posted, Tremolo explores the DIKs mansion to talk to all of the DIK members and Nick is found alone in the library. The theory here comes from Vinny and Nick's connection as maggot brothers and a shared hatred. Nick wants to get back at Tommy for the way that he treats Heather and similarly, Vinny wants to destroy the DIKs. In this scenario, Nick opens the window to the library, letting Vinny into the party and allowing him to post the Cathy cluck. This theory also means that Nick is not lying as he was with the laptop, however, it was Vinny who posted the cluck.

"Nick is lying" theory: The most straightforward and also least likely theory. We know from Tremolo's discussion with Chad in the library that files are stored on the DIKs laptop. In this theory, Nick was lying to the DIKs in the argument and posted the cluck himself, or that Nick is in cahoots with Magnar and sending him files from the DIK laptop to get back at Tommy for his behaviour and his treatment of Heather whom Nick is in love with.

In conclusion, I believe that upon my own thoughts and with help from community ideas that the "Nick is innocent" theory is most plausable as it has the most tangible connection to the overarching Magnar plot and also, due to the game seemingly setting up a redemption for Nick through choices such as "we need more information", Nick being reedeemed and the DIKs all working together to bring down Magnar seems like a reasonable way to end episode 12 which many believe to be the update which will tie up all of the remaining story threads before the following "epilogue" episodes.

That's exactly my point: there are several options throughout the game to stop the affair with Jade. If you continue the affair AFTER visiting the Burkes, that's a total dick move, and you should face the consequences. But if you don't continue with Jade after finding out, you shouldn't get penalized (blocked out of lewd secnes) for it, especially since Sage doesn't even know yet! o_O
