If this pregnancy in episode 12 is anyone, I thinking it's not one of the MCs LIs, especially if the pregnancy is going to be cannon. Struggling to think of one LI where the MC could make someone pregnant in every run-through of the game and I can't think of one. The only girls that seem cannon are not LIs, they are people like Ashley, so could be Derek or Anthony as father, or Heather, so Tommy or Nick being the dad, would feel it more likely Tommy than Nick though, although it would be about 2 months since Heather had sex with Nick at this time and would fit in to disrupting things more than if Tommy was the dad, can't think of any others that would be of note, except that girl Rusty has been screwing.
The only LI that is cannon with having sex with MC is Josy, but MC doesn't get to finish as they are interrupted by Josy's parents, but then she would have to be 5 or 6 months pregnant so we'd probably already know by now.

I don't think it has anything to do with canon, but more of their path. An example is of course Nora, she can get the pregnancy dialogue if on her path and selected the want kids option. DPC can just flag with dialogue that Nora is pregnant instead of visually making her pregnant.

An example of this is Arieth, she is pregnant but doesn't look pregnant yet. (No the winter clothes don't count).
