I feel like the small confrontation in Episode 11 is more of a setup or alley-oop rather than the end of anything regarding Rusty on Jill's path. To what end, idk but I'm willing to give DPC the benefit of the doubt for this one specific thing.

I finally finished up all my saves and I have
