At the end of episode 8, the game should prompt you to save an export/transfer save, bringing up a different save screen than the usual one. Those twelve save slots are the ones you can import into season 3.

We learned something very interesting this episode: the ermine kill rats. Quinn has the mark of the ermine. And Nick is the biggest rat of the entire fucking game. She should channel some of that rampage action on behalf of her broccoli babe and kill that motherfucker

Only if you want to screw up your game. You can basically use a mod for one playthrough up to Ep8, but after that it messes up the game because you can't be on both Sage and Jill paths, for example. While it might be fine in other games with multiple paths, this is pretty much the one game where you want to avoid it, because the dev puts checks in to try stopping players from using mods.
