For some reason the game won't let me Skip and I seem to have go through one of my completed playthroughs almost everyday skipping Unseen Text. Yet, I can't seem to get my other playthroughs to acknowledge the Seen Text. Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong? I do have Scrappy Mod installed-is this my problem?

If you can't skip it it means that is a new dialogue. It could also mean that you previously deleted the game and download it. Just go to setting and select dialogue and mark the unseen text

You probably checked these things but it doesn't to run through them. First make sure your setting is right:
Second there are three ways to skip that I've found. Clicking skip in the quick menu:
Also using the TAB or CTRL keys should also turn the skip on.
If none of these work on your saves start a new run and see if the skip works. If not do another new install of the game in a separate folder, start a new run and see if the skip works. If it does, try loading one of your old saves and try again.

Weight in relation to what though? This is where we determine what the object is in value to other objects.
For example, if BAD was designed so all women had large busts, we'd consider that a lesser weight, since it is more common, and we'd be looking a more outliers on the curve, or other variables that are more unique. Instead, we apply a basic rule of a law of averages, and say things like female qualities i.e. breast sizes are considered attractive, with extreme cases being not.
