Hell if I know, at this point! I just have a feeling that it’s not going to be anything we are expecting. Hopefully it isn’t a huge let down that falls completely flat (like Maya’s tuition drama or the black puzzle box). I would say that she just hasn’t gotten rid of all her husbands stuff yet and shoved it all into one room (like that earlier painting). I don’t think it will be a shrine, but it should give insight on why he’s missing. Like, military documents, service records, medals or something. I honestly don’t know.

I know DPC has had very unsatisfying conclusions to previous cliffhangers, but this is TOO mundane and cannot be the answer. Maya stopped in her tracks while her brother is bleeding out after cutting off his stupid finger, she wouldn't do that for a room filled with James' old stuff.

Is it hanging on the wall with a light illuminating it or something, because remember the room is dark. There's also the fact that whatever this is has to also impact Bella's path, and a nursery would have more dramatic weight than a medal in regards to Bella and her relationship with MC.

Maybe? Then, so be it. I’ve put more thought into that room in the last 5 minutes than I ever have before. I still have no insight on what DPC is going to do with it, other than MC “wouldn’t have kissed” her if he had known. It definitely feels like she hasn’t processed some sort of trauma or grief, though. What if DPC postpones that plot for episode 13? Wouldn’t that just beat all…
