I mean, it is and it isn't. The only connection it has to the drugs story is Quinn (and Rio). The other restaurant girls aren't connected, Stephen isn't connected, Wallace's company or whoever funds the free tuition definitely aren't connected. It's basically like a certain show that my name took inspiration from.

It's for the best that the whole thing imploded rather than exploded. Idk what it is about AVNs, or at least some that I've played, but they tend to shove in some idiotic crime subplot when the rest of the story is light. It's like a tumor.

Yeah that's what I mean, it's not like Quinn has Sarah and Mel selling weed on the side too. Although that reminds me, there's also Tommy and those special "parties" where he and Quinn shooting up as well. That fell to the wayside too, although it's been alluded to recently.

dude someone help me please....i don't know the fuck is happening but the game just stops and closes own it's own after the interlude is finished when tommy and jacob are talking to each other...i tried deleting it and extracting again but facing same problem...so help me out guys if someone faced same problem!!!!!

Yeah, I feel the same way.

My only gripe... well, not even that. Nitpick, I guess. Is that the "HOTS whorehouse" subplot is tied to the drug arc, so consequences of one should leak to the other. But it seems that the HOTs thing has just been sidelined. From a narrative standpoint, I just don't like that.

But yeah, leaking the drug arc stuff to everyone else would reaaaally mess with things and change the type of story BADIK is.

...Feels kinda funny to feel this way today, since back in the day how the drug/whorehouse consequences would explode everything was something that built anticipation and tension. And now I'm kinda glad that its just sequestered into its own little corner. Shame Rio had to eat the cost of the arc, though.

The Other's path and their scenes are bloated beyond reason. I'm not surprised Riona didn't get much of anything, especially since fan sentiment for 1 year was ready to go Commando on her (I'm under the impression fan feedback doesn't amount to much).

• Plenty of opportunity for the MC to keep going Manwhore/Other route and completely neglect Riona again, while she and Quinn get exposition scenes by themselves.

You seem to be thinking of everyone's personal stories, whereas my point was more about it being an "affects everyone" thing, like what the Nerd war is probably gonna end up like. A "main" plot, if you can call it that.

And like I said, I'm glad it isn't like that, with the way the game has shaped up.
