Not necessarily, you just have to play a bit differently. Be more on the lookout for money on the ground, Use the money for the mansion instead of the VIP pass, work for Bella in the library etc. I forget if cleaning the paint from the wall during the freeroam is a minigame/no minigame thing.
Lily in particular is a fan favorite side girl, just gets more and more popular. She definitely climbed the ranks for me after Episode 11.

I agree, Maya is more beautiful every release. Compare to her 1st release when her breast looks like a boob job gone wrong, now she really evolve from mid to top tier beauty. Her breast does not look as fake as before.
