Plus we don’t even know if she wants to have children - the most popular theory is that she lost the child, and it is unknown whether she will be able to overcome herself again. We can’t even be sure that she can have them now. Everything is very foggy here.

I agree with this very nearly to the last detail. The only difference is Bella and Jill. I think they both want children, but for Jill it wouldn't be in the near future, while Bella might be in a hurry. However, I admit that this completely based on vibe.
