That's weird. Here's my screenshot of the relevant scene with v0.11.1
I was hovering the magazine clicking on which you unlock the special render, and as you can see there's not the black arrow overlay that you have in your screenshot and that was the element causing the issue on v0.11

Something must have gone bad while overwriting the original script.

Since you have Scrappy Mod installed... my guess is that you might have installed the Scrappy Mod for v0.11 on a v0.11.1 game... causing the script that you previously updated to v0.11.1 to be downgraded to the previous release.

Either that or Scrappy fucked up the release of his mod for v0.11.1

Try with an UNMODDED v0.11.1 and you should not experience the issue.

Yes, that line jm "Yeah, so don't mock me for it again." is only controlled by if affinity == "DIK":

So either by "again" he means just a few lines before when the MC (if on DIK affinity) says that calling the DIKs' secret code on the greenhouse was a good choice (implying that the greenhouse is something to be mocked for), or somewhere back in previous scenes there's another line of MC mocking him just conditioned by the DIK affinity and the player doesn't have any choiche on that mocking.

I've gave up on that special render, cause I really didn't know how to solve this. And I' don't use any mod, by the way.

Could be a timing thing, as Quinn and Lily are not present in the official WT for the render. But not really sure why it would be locked later

edit: Or as ZenoMod said, the hitbox for arrow got too big for its own good

I absolutely do not understand. I seem to have done everything the same as on Sage's path, but somehow mystically this time I got on Quinn's path as I wanted... Last time after threesome there was no conversation with Quinn on the bench, what changed???

You only unlock it if you previously had the scene you mentioned :
