That SaveFixer was a godsend when 11 came out, but I won't rely on it for 12. All my Jade variables had disappeared and needed to be redefined, I don't want to chance a worse version of that.
Sancho's save fixer just defines a few dummy fallback objects, just to avoid the crash when an unmodded game unpickles a modded save and thus it finds some undefinded objects.
I've just checked my variables containing the string "jade" in their name with URM and they're still there at the beginning of Episode 11 after loading from the modded save at the end of Episode 10 using Sancho's save fixer.
Obviously I can't guarantee that the Sancho mod itself isn't the cause of the glitch you've experienced, because it is too complex for my limited skills so I haven't inspected it.
But I haven't experienced the same issue, and I've examined the save fixer, which is quite short, and it has nothing that tamper with existing variables; it just defines a function and a few classes.
--- EDIT ---
Actually there seem to be MORE 'jade' variables in the modded save than in a unmodded save. Namely 5 'jade' variables in the persistent. namespace.
Here are my 'jade' variables at the same point but using my "Clean" Window user (the one I use to play Being a DIK without mods in order to have a clean %APPDATA%)

I don't recall exactly, but they had been leading to errors before I fixed them. It doesn't matter now though, going totally unmodded (except for URM of course).

Speaking about URM, have you realized that using URM you have the chance to experience the thrill of being caught by DPC's anti-Scrappy check without actually having the incriminating variable defined?
You can just click here...
and renpy.quit() gets executed even if persistent.mod_wt_enabled != None evaluates to False
Not that there's any good reason to do this, but still...
Random thought, how you do think the Main Girls would react to learning they were pregnant at the end of Episode 11 on their respective paths? Say, before the Christmas dinner and the paths are pure (so no broken hearts, no Jade, etc).
Bella—emotions are all over the place. Happy about having a baby, but guilty about James. Worried about awkward questions of who's the father, but this solidifies her feelings towards MC. She might even intend to tell MC everything before being forced to.
Sage—overall happy. Sage places a high value on family, and this is the start of her very own family with MC, whom she loves. She's already graduating in a few months, but her future career might have hit a snag.
Maya—bittersweet. Happy about having a baby with MC, but still worried about Helen's illness being passed on to either her child or herself. She can also find comfort in the fact that Helen will be overjoyed to have a grandchild, and Patrick will definitely stop being a fucking asshole, if their last talk didn't seal the deal.
Jill—happy. She loves MC and would be thrilled to start a family with him. The baby will want for nothing, and Jill can make sure that her child grows up to be whatever they want.
Josy—extremely happy. Josy loves MC more than anything, and the baby is living proof. She doesn't have the best frame of reference for what a good mother is, but she'll try her best.
Marriage is in the cards for all of them except maybe Bella, if she wants to stay at B&R.
That pic is my least favourite portraying Bella. She's barely recognisable under so much makeup. Even the haircut doesn't really suit her.
OTOH the scene in the car on the ruined date when the MC is drunk af is one of my favourites in the whole game. She feels so distant and yet so approachable. Like, you feel you have a chance there if you try hard (ergo, use the walkthrough) even when everything is going wrong.
Christ why oh why updates for the best games take forever! This is torture

I was going to say that on the bright side, the money we save on women is huge thanks to VNs but... I've spent more on patreons than on some of my ex-girlfriends.
