Still it should either be clearly Derek or coin toss. It would even make a difference if the tosses go MC, Derek, MC so that Derek gets the Tybalt point no matter what but the choice decides who gets the car wash point. Or they could decide to give Derek the Tybalt point to balance it and then toss for the car wash. Or just think of another reason to toss the damn coin if it's so important.

Well the choices would decide the number of coin tosses at the end of Hell Week. Then the status decides how the tosses go. If you made the beer, helmet and slaps tossable you might have a total of 5 tosses. 7 if they toss for the sex points.
It would basically be the same as the helmet. If the choices for wearing it went 3-2 the guys vote on it until the rat has the final say. So the closer you are to neutral status the more evenly the tosses go. A Chick player can still get definite wins by choosing their battles and not letting the point be decided by a toss, but the more chick you are the harder it is to win.

I could see that, although something like the slaps don't really need to be decided by a toss. Hmmm, unless you don't factor in who got them first, that way Derek could be in the running for the 4th slap by Wendy. In any case it's interesting to think about.
