Supposedly you can romance her with Neutral affinity. I found on a redd*t post that MC needs to have a DIK affinity until her Ep 6 lewd (when she gets mugged and you take her to the DIK mansion), but until then you can't have made more than four Chick major choices. Personally I never tried it since DIK affinity with her is optimal but yeah...

I have a save with neutral Quinn because I also wanted to date Lily and Nicole on the same route, and I prefer to not do them on DIK.Supposedly you can romance her with Neutral affinity.
