If you're on Jill's route during season 1 and 2, you can meet them all at the dinner. Otherwise yeah, Halloween is the first time he meets them.

If we date Jill successfully to get the dinner where we first meet Olivia, but dump her for someone else, we'll actually know who she and Matthew are, and that they're cheating. Still sucks for Bianca (and Jill).

We get to see her with Matthew when we go to Bianca's home to a dinner with Jill. I could be wrong about that. It's been a while since I played season 1 and 2 of Jill's path.

True that:
- If she knows about Matt cheating on her, she has no problem on going beyond flirting with MC while he's dating with her (best) friend
- If she doesn't know about Matt cheating, she has no problem with cheating on him with MC
Either way, bitchy move on her side. Imo that's perfect for MC, because it's canon he also has no problem with doing stuff with a girl he knows is in a relationship (Josy).

That is exactly what I meant by my dogshit wording. Unless on Jill path (successful date and dinner), and/or even playing at the recital if memory serves, Olivia is just a chick who was making out with some guy in Rusty's room at the Halloween party.
All in all, it makes sense MC's kinda not interested in telling Jill because Bianca is not as close as she is on Jill's path
