I'm going on an expanded speculation, and I think that the girl in this preview might be both the consensus here (a model for Josy) and my own belief (one of the two by Lily mentioned currently unseen strippers).
My theory:
While talking about her blog with Lily, it was mentioned that Josy needs a model and a professional setting. Lily came with the idea to use one of the two strippers and Josy went to her mother for the shoot location.

Well the biggest point she has against her when it comes to the theory of being a model is that the vast majority of professional fashion models doesn't look like a bimbo like she does (even in AVNs or porn). However this perfectly fits if she is a stripper.
I also don't think that Iris herself would have a bimbo like her in her portfolio. As a one time model for a beginner like Josy however, it would he perfect.

We don't know who this is, so we don't know if she has a rich background. If you're speculating this because of the room, my guess is that she's just using it as a dressing room but does not live there.
Ah okay. I thought you meant that she was just a regular used model by Iris. Well, I don't think she's simply a stripper (at least in this preview) since we've seen what the Pink Rose's dressing room looks like. It doesn't look like this
