Roughly 50% in seven and a half months points to a fifteen month development cycle and early June release.

That assumes that the rendering started on release day, and that release day will follow the end of rendering directly.

If rendering started a couple of weeks earlier while waiting to hear back from beta testers, that would push release back by about a month (an extra couple of weeks rendering, then a couple of weeks beta testing). If the overlap was a month, then that would push the release to early August.

If we can rely on DPC's figures, a summer release looks likely, but early September is still late summer...

Still not almost a year but we're rather nearing 9.5 months already as DPC began work on ep12 around mid-January while waiting for the last renders for ep11 to finish.

Well seeing as we are measuring this by render progress and he was still waiting for ep 11 renders I'd say 7.5 months is accurate. He may have started writing and coding in Jan, perhaps even posing, but not actual rendering.

So if a dev doesnt make a build-up(yes he meant 9ch) and skip a girl in every episode its a reason to skip the girl further?

1. Sally too started 9ch with a more spicy events than usual
2. We flirted a bit with Tara in 9ch + she was 1 of the 3 girls you went sleep with. Yes, thats enough build-up for a having lewd. Thats a VN
3. Im not MGs' paths specialist, Bianca showed for me in 9 for the first time too

They all, despite skipping 10ch(not sure of Bianca), LOGICALLY received a nice continuation. Bianca even got spotlighted a lot. and im all for it(snowbike-flirt, hot tub, leg touching at table, ass biting, exciting conversation before it, dildo competition)

4. Heather after 7ch's girls-dorm drink quest + some 8's conversations resulted in 9ch bj(yes i remember that bath with Mel&Sara) Although, while she skipped 10 aswell, she got memory-wiped in 11(her future sex, judging by that stupid JB/Nick drama, going to be only on non-bj path. so ch11, even being 1 of the girls avaliable in dildo competition, is also empty for her. 2 empty chapters, 2 tiny conversations included.

There is a matter of spotlighting. Not of the in-game relationships' logic. Coz 10ch shouldnt be empty, with that lonely and lowkey JB's proposal. How do you equate this proposal to interactions with her in 8ep, 9ep? It is nothing, its a soother.
There shouldnt be a a lewd, coz even SGs have a A/B consecuense(although i and a lot of people waited for it and were complaining here for its' absence(aswel for Sally and Heather in 10) but flirting/teasing it is. And for sure there shouldnt be that pathetic 5 renders mmf in 11.

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but what if the stalker's altar to the MC is in this room? Obviously, there's no reason for this to happen, and overall, it's not the most important element to the plot, but I think it would be funny.
