My first ever run focused on Bella and I always play her path first. I also had Sage on that first run and unfortunately Jade. In fact I recall loading a previous save to take back getting together with Josy and Maya when I realised that blocked Jade. Of course I then played from that point again to get Josy and Maya.
Jill was the one that took me forever to figure out. The picnic with Jill vs looking after sick Sage seemed like such a DIK vs Chick choice to me and adding the hints about Jill's beloved rebel sister made me jump to the conclusion that Jill wanted MC to be a bad boy. Bit of a misreading on my part that one.
After figuring Jill out I wanted to see if you could have them all and found that while all main paths can be available at ep 8, you must choose and seeing all the break up scenes in one run is brutal. I still have hope that you can eventually get the girls to share, but if it will be possible it's bound to have intricate conditions.
So to be exact my first play of ep 12 will be Bella with my best guess at the conditions for a Main Girl Harem.
