Look guys, even if ep 12 managed the same 15 months ep 11 took, it would come out in June. That's not going to happen. Anything before September is optimistic.

I'm currently at 92,13% of dialogues seen, it's seems a lot in a way but i know i've missed a lot

DPC said that 4% is about the same amount of dialogue found in the entire Interlude, so... have fun with that. As for how to figure out what exactly you're missing...
The only thing MC saw is a room full of plants he needs to water
but the moment at the christmas party at the end of ep11 Bella was shocked when the door opened, so my hunce says it is James,
and the locked door my hunce says it is a baby room, and before James dissappeared in her life they wanted a child or had one, but died when born,
this games has a lot of plot holes and twists, so who knows
The best walktrhough mod was the one by Sancho, but it is only available up to Episode 10, then Sancho disappeared from the forum.
I strongly suggest not to use mods, because DPC hates them and he places some checks to force a quit if he detects a mod was used.
I strongly suggest using the official walkthrough in the EXTRA spoiler tag on the first post, and maybe the URM to cheat with variables BUT... at your own risk of breaking the game if you haven't studied it's code well enoug.

I used the multi mod in the op for the whole game and didn't have any issues.
My guess is that Ep 12 will end on James coming back.
He's definitely coming back at some point.
The argument against that, though, is that unless the MC is on Bella's path he doesn't really know anything about James.
He knows that Bella is married, but that's it.
So on the other routes it's not a huge event like it is on her route.
So there could be different cliffhangers on the different routes.
Keep in mind that an episode-ending cliffhanger can't be something that only happens with specific actions.
Sage finding out about the MC's affair with Jade, for example, can't qualify because plenty of players will not have done that.
Bella route would be James coming back.
Maya/Josy route would be one of them, whichever did not get the I Love You or spoon sleep after the Bella panty party, breaking up with the throuple.
For example, if you told Maya I Love You or spooned her then Josy would leave the relationship since she is now feeling like the lesser part of the three-way relationship.
They would make up and get back together in a future Episode, but the M/J route has built up this particular bit of drama.
Not sure what cliffhanger could happen in the Sage or Jill routes, those are pretty solid right now, but DPC can manufacture something.

I'd imagine Tremolo will finally realise that Jill's house=Lynette's house in episode 12. Doesn't need to be dragged out any longer...

I also think that the MC's Mom and her family will come into play. In the flashbacks there is a girl that is her best friend that looks a lot like Bianca. It could be her mom or a family member. Considering she was of the upper class. I think she has connections to the the prestigious families in the area like Rusty and his family and Steven, plus Jill and her family. Also with Bella there is some connection with Jill and her sister dying and Bella. I think you are right about James coming back at some point, but if he does comeback there has to be something preventing him from just getting right back with his wife or it would just kill the Bella path for everyone on it.
I also think Steven in the mastermind behind the blackmailing of the DIKS. I think he is using Magnar to do it. I think Nick is innocent and it will end up being someone else probably also being blackmailed into silence. Not sure who it could be though. This will probably be resolved in Ep 12 also.
I don't see that as a big thing.
We know that Jill's parents bought the house 19 years ago from someone that needed to sell (presumably Lynette's dad).
They didn't know that person - they found out from Bianca's dad, who Jill's dad worked with.
So:
--- Lynette grew up in the house.
--- 19 years ago Lynette's dad sold the house and moved with Lynette to the hotel to renovate.
--- Jill's parents bought the house.
------ There isn't any indication that Jill's parents knew Lynette's parents. In fact, there is the opposite. Jill's dad doesn't say that he bought the house from a friend or even someone he knew, just that Bianca's dad told him about the house being up for sale and being a good deal. So, you could argue that Bianca's dad knew Lynette's family, but I don't see that Jill's dad did.

I don't doubt that DPC will stir some drama out of this, but I don't see how it could be anything significant.
But the game shows the two pictures over each other for a reason, so there is something there.
