I took everything from the official walkthrough, but me I've unlocked everything years ago so I can't tell from memory alone how to do it I don't know about any commands that could do it, so the only thing that comes to mind is resorting to getting the cheat mod. Bear in mind that wallpapers from the old phone don't carry over to the new one.

Considering how excited John boy was after their scene with the mc, I highly doubt that it will be just a one time thing.
