Agreed. After Zoey returned home and reconnected with MC, when they arranged to meet for the first time, Zoey rushed to hug him, thinking their friendship was still the same as before. According to Neil, MC's life wasn't greatly affected by Zoey's absence. But that wasn't true—it took MC a long time to move on, and the past year had been absolutely awful. Upon hearing his true feelings, I think Zoey became quite restrained around MC since that moment, as she realized she had to make up for their friendship to some extent, she was genuinely seizing every opportunity to reunite with MC and rebuild their past friendship. In Ep10, when she heard that MC had once considered her as his real "girlfriend" during that past year, she was stunned and didn’t know how to respond. After calming down, she observed MC again and realized she could no longer see him merely as a "best friend," so she panicked and left the party. By any measure, Zoey is not the kind of girl who would just "mess around in a tent" in that condition.
Compared to other girls, Zoey and MC's past friendship is unique and irreplaceable. For the two of them, being able to be together day and night, 'I paint your paintings, and you play my music' is the most important thing, sex is more like the cherry on top. This is also the real reason I personally love Zoey—First friends, then lovers. Unlike those crushes or urges, love built on a solid foundation of friendship is unbreakable.
And...for Jacob, I actually think it's normal if he didn't ask for MC's permission first—everyone has that kind of freedom. But you can't promise one thing and then act differently the next moment. That's just plain hypocritical, bro.

I think it's hard to say "the point of her arc is..." when we haven't yet seen it fully play out and such things can be down to personal interpretation about what the "point" ultimately was. We can certainly say she is, at the very least, on an arc where she gets humbled, where she realises this life is dangerous, and where she realises she has to get out of it. We can also say there is a level of remorse for what she's done because of what it caused, but we've yet to really see how this will all end up affecting her and what changes, if any, she makes.
Personally, I don't see her character doing a full 180 in terms of her personality. I don't think she turns around to fully embrace the "broccoli" stuff or even just becomes a bit softer, less bitchy, and more emotionally open to the point where she feels like a different character. I think she'll still maintain that aloof, somewhat distant, and snarky demeanor, because I think that's just who she is. What can change though is that she understands her limits better, she'll learn from her mistakes, and will be more open to making connections with others and letting the MC in if you're in a relationship with her. However, I feel like that change comes later and that for now she'll still be the same old Quinn who acts like nothing phases her and who will downplay how she's really feeling, being flippant about things and more willing to just move on from it than deal with any heavy emotional stuff.
For me, I don't see it as "anticlimactic" for Quinn not to get some great big apology scene, something where she's just pouring her guts out and unloading all her feelings onto people. In fact, I think it would actually be wrong for her character to have that. She can make amends through her actions, like getting Buddy et al arrested and with whatever will result from that later as well as helping deal with and expose Burke, and at the end she can can have some moment where she's kind of flatly like, "Look, I know what I did was wrong, and I'm sorry", and where she accepts that she's burned all her bridges and moves on. She doesn't necessarily need forgiveness and reconciliation either, imo. The people she says that too can accept that she took actions to try and right her wrongs but still not like her after the fact and still not want to see her again because what she's done should be a hard thing to forgive no matter what she does now.
I also think it's perfectly fine if, after however the finale unfolds and how she factors into it, that she does just kind of sidle off without a word and it's through the MC that others learn of what she did to protect them and make up for what she did. It's kind of like an anti-hero in that way, someone who doesn't want the fuss or the tough conversations and just goes off knowing they've done a good thing and that's enough. Either way, whether it's like this or she does get a chance to say something, I think it should be more in-line with her character and her arc to have something that's more muted and that doesn't necessarily end with smiles and forgiveness.

These girls shifted in Ep 11 though, from girls who just seemed like they were there for lewds to girls who seem like they may now have a path. Ordinarily, DPC may not give SGs back-to-back lewds, but with them I think he might do it this time because of this apparent change in Ep 11 since it's the big season finale and I think he's going to go all-out with lewds.If we follow the usual SG logic the answer is no...
DPC usually rotates which SG get lewd scenes every EP, the only one 100% immune to it has been Lily.
I'm sure they will get some focus, but full on lewd scenes? I doubt it.

Now, if I disconsider the amount I still disagree with some of the picks. Sage getting only one would be surprising considering how many she gotten in season 3 so far.
Bella/Jill feels it would be too soon to me tbh and two Jade scenes just sound unlikely.
Not everything mentioned is necessarily a Chechov's gun, but I don't doubt that theory.

Two each sounds wayy to much, specially if you consider how many girls got plenty of hints already plus the usual scenes for the MGs.
Like you said, we are at the endgame, so I feel there isn't enough time for extending stuff.
So I feel I will be right on this one, its too good drama to pass on.

I'm betting we will only see new Diks in the epilogue, so living arrangements will be mostly ignored.

When you say "back-to-back lewds" I assume you mean scenes in back-to-back episodes, and that's not really true. Lily, Quinn, Nicole, Rio, Cami, Sarah and Mel have all had multiple episodes in a row with scenes. It's just lately, with the amount of scenes approaching 20 an episode (and I do agree with you there, this will be the episode that breaks 20 scenes), that DPC is giving some a break, for pacing or story purposes. The dorm girls getting that many scenes also doesn't seem right. One thing that a lot of people are forgetting is that DPC has stated that 5 of the first 6 scenes are going to be with a gal that didn't have a scene in the last episode, which coupled with the Pink Rose being a setting, means that Sandy and at least two other dancers is going to be featured in them

Maybe but 11 ep is only ep this season to give only give them one scene and that was a 3scome 10 had a scene each and a shared scene and 9 a short scene for maya and a 3some, and given it not known if the throuple can make it my hope is for two scenes, one at Christmas and one at new years. Since there may not be a throuple or at the very least path depended there could no longer be throuple two scene should be on the broad I would think

Yeah, if we go to next academic year, the living arrangements become much less of an issue - all the original DIKs should be graduating and moving on - Rusty, Tommy, Nick and Vinny. Okay, a couple of them have already gone (and Vinny's room has been taken already) but even just Rusty's and Tommy's rooms coming free would help. Of course, they could also repurpose some of the rooms that aren't available when Derek moves in - but they've already ruled that out for this year's maggots.
And, of course, JB's "room" isn't going to be the most popular either...
Yeah, the more we dig into the living arrangements (particularly long-term), the more it looks like sweeping them under the rug in the epilogues is the best plan...
