I would say minimum 7 runs. 1 for each of the main girls, 1 for Quinn (the hidden main LI) and then one for 'others'.

I say minimum 7 because on others path you can bang most of the side girls, but even that is fracturing in Season 3 and some of them appear to be building their own paths which are exclusive, Nicole , Lily, Rio, Zoe, potentially Sarah & Mel, Jade and Cathy (please god let this be a real option). Possibly more as DPC keeps introducing more and more female characters who might be romancable.

Use scrappy mod for that but as i've said before you will need to choose a path at the end of episode 8 if you wish to be with someone or remain single.

To see almost all the content, you only need to complete the path with each main girl - Jill, Bella, Sage, Maya + Josie.
In the "Other" branch, two are enough:
1. Everyone except Lily and Nora
2. Everyone except Nicole and Jade

All this talk about ass and no one has mentioned Sally's butt . It is cute and rotund. What it lacks in mass, it makes up for in shapeliness and spankability . It is also very soft and smells like flowers. Her ass will be mine...soon

You can make it better by skipping mini games(they are not bad, but become living hell if one does all those paths) and using URM money cheats if needed. I would recommend using either URM or a pdf WT, mods can break the game easier than other games.
