So if they've just hit 5000 and yet the free roam is practically finished... where the fuck are the other 1500 with sub 10 scenes left?

So while yes I do agree with you that the numbers seem iffy (but DPC has shown us many times that he is a shit estimator) its not as high 1500 missing renders. remember at 4000 images he declared the scene was 50% complete, so at this point based on his own estimations he had 1450 left to go. At most there is 450-500 images missing and he hasnt even declared the Scene complete

The issue here though is today's update states 5000 are posed and almost all rendered, so on November 28th it was an estimate they still had approx 2500 statics to be fully created (posed and rendered). On December 4th they said they had reached 4000 statics posed and had 50% of the free roam to go with 400+ statics in the render queue (so ~2000 statics left for the free roam to be fully rendered).

So even at the low end, we still appear to be missing in excess of 1000 statics from those estimates so either the remaining scenes are absurdly high in terms of statics or they massively inflated the estimates.

Im going with both - as I mentioned previously, DPC himself said on the 26th December " I worked through some more free roam scenes and am now down to 11 remaining scenes. Most of these scenes are long, lewd, and/or need animations." SO we know they are high in terms of both statics and/or animations. but As I also said, DPC has been known to be an absolute shit estimator in the amount of renders he needs, this update alone hes decided to up the lewd count remaing for the entire episode to 9 (so we know he has at least done some of them 11) He also like to switch between mentionuing posed and rendered so numbers get artificually inflated

As I mentioned, I agree with you, the numbers a defitnely iffy, I just dont think the missing are as high as you think they are.

Yeah, DPC made the MC get way too angry and flip out mainly just for drama purposes. It doesn't actually make sense. Prepare for some unreasonable forced drama every so often on this path.

But again we still don't know if quinn's 'restaurant' was her own idea, or she just took over the running of it within the HOT's. maybe its been a thing for years, and gets passed on to the next president. obvs cant be Sage, so next in line is quinn.
It's also unclear if the restaurant is still a thing. it seems like it is, MC tells Sarah in Ep 11. 'I'm not paying for it' and she says don't worry you don't need to, implying it is still a thing.

it the part i dislike the most. MC was a totally pussy when that happen. If MC didn't over act the way he did Josy was clearly going to break up with Maya but no DPC got to make a girl out of MC and put it off 8 eps

It's not the finest part of the game. Personally I chalk it up to them being young. MC hasn't even turned 19 at that point.

Happy Friday!

I started the week working on static renders and reached another milestone for episode 12. 5000 static renders are now posed, and almost all of them are rendered as well.

I have since worked on lewd scenes by writing dialogue and posing static renders and animations. I finished one lewd scene and am in the middle of another. The first one was for a side girl, and the latter one is for a main girl.

Next week, I will complete this lewd scene and most likely work on yet another one after.

I vaguely recall mentioning how many lewd scenes I had left to create for the episode. Nevertheless, that count has since been updated and inflated. Including the lewd scene I'm working on right now, I have nine scenes of varied length left to create for the episode. In other words, there is quite a bit of animation work left to do, but I'm on it!

It's been a while since I worked on lewd scenes. As you know, I've mainly been focusing on canon content earlier in the development cycle, and recently going all in on free roam event content. It's refreshing to work on lewd scenes, and I know many will be pleased about the girls who are on the roster. For some, there's the "new is always better", and for others, the "good old classics". Hopefully, there will be something in the episode for everyone.

Is the guy going to release season 3 on Steam at the same time as the new DLC for The Witcher 3 comes out?
Actually, I'm curious how many scenes he's already done before that? Also 9 or more? It feels like there will be 20 scenes in total or something like that.
In any case, I expect there will be somewhere around 8-10 thousand renders, which means a release in late summer - early fall. Unless Trump sends Delta to kidnap DPC.

Perhaps these problems, I mean her explosive temper, are related to her relationship with Stephen.
She lives with him, so to speak, under the pressure of circumstances.
She probably doesn't love him anymore, and maybe she doesn't respect him.
Such relationships are usually very toxic and cause psychological pain.
With a different partner, she might behave differently.

This dilemma involving the MC, Maya, and Josy makes absolutely no sense in any path. Especially if you're focusing on Maya and Josy's path, since the situation gets worse because the MC sounds like a huge hypocrite. Definitely one of the weakest moments in the plot's writing.
