did you lower the difficulty level? its in the down left corner when preparing for a fight. click on it and choose "yes".

Not gonna lie but Lily episode 10 lewd scene was kinda garbage. But she still had tonne of non lewd development in episode 10 so won't complain. What I mean is that scene doesn't stand anywhere near Nicole's first date in episode 10, if we are trying to keep a fair tally. But given how her story was left in episode 11 it is kinda obvious that we won't get a lewd scene, even non lewd development will be appreciated.

Entirely possible it was also just some random freshie who only just found out about the DIKs. It could have narrative significance but there's also a good chance it was just kind of random.
