At this stage, with what we know, either one could be possible; secretly gay or cheating with another girl. People latch on to the gay theory because it's both a convenient way to get rid of Chad, but also would be something different than a typical straight affair.

Also, DPC clearly have the intention of suggesting the possibility of Chad being gay. He carefully chosen the words (specially with that phone call in the locker room) to avoid making clare that he's having an affaire with a woman. That doesn't mean that Chad is gay, but it's suggested, if only to make players wondering about.

Another game that was recently tagged with Gay and Rape just in the past week, was Midlife Crisis. It was based on a single scene and maybe 2 or 3 renders that were also EASILY avoidable. Like, Nefastus did everything but raise a giant red flag to make that scene avoidable. It did provoke a discussion about major and minor game tags.

In other cases, I've seen the tag Sleep Sex, and it basically has you as the MC enter a girl's bedroom at night and inserting your dick into places without consent. It sometimes involved drugging the girl(s) in question. Depending on where you live, that's sexual asault at best, or rape at least in the eyes of the law. Yet somehow I missed the rape discussion in those threads, must not have been paying that close attention huh?

In Maya's case. I didn't say no. I didn't struggle. In fact I fucking liked it untill she hit me with that taser. If I was coherent at that point I'd say that taser cockblocked me. I'd be like "Nooooooohhh" full on Anakin at the end of Return of the Sith!

So no, I don't count it as rape. I might count it as assault and battery. But not Rape.

I have no probs denying Quinn actually. I just didn't conform to her agenda and came when I wanted to, not when she wanted me to. I take great pleasure in denying Quinn every chance I get.

I think the reference is to how what's her name? Cunty? Forces herself on the MC during the first DIK party in the game? That could technically be construed as sexual assault. It was an argument made long ago when it was first released and it was a valid point then as it is now.

MC could refuse to pledge to DIKs. He would avoid cumpetition this way. Problem is, that the game would lose its meaning, so DPC did not give us this chose. Therefore, MC wanted pledge to DIKs and he decided to absolve trial.
The moment Quinn moves the action further, the MC can lose and prevent it.
