That's what I'm thinking as well. For me playing BaDIK feels like watching those "classic" high school and college films from the 80s/90s Early 00s. Some of those films did summary endings of each character telling us what happened to them after High School/College. Just like you I doubt BaDIK will cover the entire college life of the MC. This game will probably end at the end of MC's first year. Then we get time jump endings like those summary endings from films.This game is 5 episodes in and has only covered the first 2 weeks of the MC's time at college. The pace of this story and the story itself does not seem like one that will cover all 4 years, and the sheer number of episodes needed to do so would be impossible as well.
Even if we get some time jumps, it will likely still be within this first year because it's not like we'll get to a stopping point in the story and then pick it up one year later. I highly doubt this is going to be a game where we get snapshots of certain periods of the MC's time during each year of college. At most, we'll get to the end of the first year with a time jump, but then the endings will most likely summarise the next 3 years and maybe even show where the MC's life is at years after college.
