I think we will see a rapid closing down to relationship status for the Chik choices and the stacking of doom against the DIK choices. True. I know we can't go on forever being a man whore, and you're probably right that the DIK path will lead to STDs and pregnancy, but I think it would be a mistake for DPC to start narrowing down the relationships at this point in the game. There is a hell of a lot of sex going on at every university. Star athlete students may not hook up as much as MC, but they're damn close. At a larger school (say 50K students), you can go to a new party every Friday night, so the opportunities are certainly plentiful.

I'm seeing an increasing number of doom and gloom posts recently. I really hope DPC doesn't decide to turn this into a depression simulator. College is supposed to be fun. I'm cool with some normal drama and young adult angst, but two much of that risks ruining everything he has thus far created.

besides the fact that in a porn game fidelity is a relative value, but in the context of BADIK for now it just doesn't make sense.

MC has been a student for a couple of weeks, he has met several girls but he has not closely linked to any of them (he, every player can bond with whomever he prefers, including Rebecca, but it doesn't matter). to whom should he be faithful?

when it seemed that MC should be considered related to Maya and Josy DPC immediately intervened with the picnic scene to reassure him and send him around to spread his semen.

the big dramas will be essential points of the plot, so even if MC ties his penis with string and goes to church every day he will still have to go through it.
harem there is none, so 4 LIs by the end of the game you will have to give up, some will be a direct choice, others will be consequences of what we did
most likely there will be "perfect endings" reachable with a more careful path, but I don't think MC will be stoned in the square by the betrayed LIs, and in the same way I doubt that there is an ending with MC alone and broken.

Although I share a lot of your misgivings, I've already decided to go for an exclusive Sage run starting in Episode 6. That MC is currently at DIK affinity and Huge DIK status (or did I mix those up? It's early here and I havn't had my coffee yet), and even tho I'm convinced that the relationship with Sage is going to end when she graduates, I'm still going for it. Just to see what happens.

This is my main, and the one I consider the true, MC. I do all the path's I can find just out of curiosity, but this is the one I identify with as a player.

Well now that's a little weird.... You're hoping for a Quinn path but you of course loathe her? What are you, some kind of freaky sadist? The fact you question it is a good thing. oh my friend, I beg to differ. In Acting Lessons you can lose every love interest in the game by being a man slut. Quite easily.
you can lose more than simply having one killed I mean.
DPC made it clear that your best path was to pick a LI and stick with it. There is one mandatory interlude with Meghan, and being sleep raped by Leah, but even messing with the club girls can cost you a happy ending.

I could easily see Maya and Josy as an end option, possibly one or the other singly as well, with the pass you get from the picnic.

Jill is going to require you become hers and possibly Bella’s exclusively soon. As well as possibly each of them separately. I think Cathy or Jade play could adversely affect that.

Sage is jealous and insecure following Chad’s betrayal, so while she might be more forgiving of playtime prior to her wanting you as a boyfriend, I think after that, she will castrate you if you stray after.

Quinn and the other HOTs don’t matter or count for your LI, so it’s unlikely there will be a happy ending with any of them. They can cause grief but not much more.

As I mentioned I think Cathy and Jade will cause consequences for Bella for sure and possibly Jill as well.

Quinn will likely cause consequences more than any other for Maya and Jade.

make those saves and folks probably need to come to grips that after the scavenger hunt, most of the side dishes will be best passed on to Derek and the other DIKs.

now Nicole/Envy and Ivy do offer some interesting possibilities both at work and “at home” but I’m sure no naughty deed will end well there either, much sooner than later.

There won’t be a Quinn path other than helping her or letting her get burned. She’s a whore and pimp and dealer. She’s the primary antagonist at the moment. There won’t be a “path” for a happy ending for her. She would be your trailer trash herpes cum dumpster at absolute best. Worst, she gets someone hurt or killed.

in the final scene there is still forgiveness at the "funeral"

the only betrayal that in theory is not forgiven is the one with Ana, but then there is the surprise ending with Ana.
there are some tough scenes, in which MC is accused of his behavior, but in the end he is not alone.

it is very likely that having a relationship with a particular girl completely closes your chances with another (for example, if there are no weird harems, between Bella and Jill at some point you will have to choose) but I repeat with 4 out of 5 girls in somehow by the end of the game you will have to end every relationship.

between having sex with anyone and not being available when they need help the second behavior seems much more harmful to me, which already now seems to completely close some LI

for now the worst things Quinn did to MC were essentially Hells Week jokes or rehearsals, I don't think it's enough to call her MC's antagonist

I think there could be something of an ending with Quinn that could veer slightly happy depending on how you look at it. In AL there was a way to get an ending with the MC's ex, Ana, and it had something of a potential happiness hint when you see them sat on that park bench together at the end and they hold hands. So perhaps, if there's a way to save/redeem Quinn, and the MC doesn't get any of the main LIs, this kind of thing could happen for the MC and Quinn.

The thing is that, when people talk about good/perfect endings, this still isn't it. Sure, Meghan/Melissa might appear to forgive the MC at the end, but it doesn't mean they're going to start a relationship again and, in the end, that's what players want; they want to end the game in a romantic/sexual relationship with one or more women. AL has that, even if it's not entirely good or perfect, but it also has an ending where the MC's actions are punished and he ends up alone, which is not something people like, even when it's optional.

I myself believe she can't go to far.
she tries her sisters to band against Sage, but once Sage is done with school and leaves then Quinn has to take over, and i dont think any of her sisters will remain with her as long as she keeps playing her games as she does now.
wich means she will end up alone with noone to support her, and she can't get help from any dudes, since without girls, what can she offer?
So yeah when it comes down to her current lifestyle, she propably knows she has to make a few major changes. wich means tuning herself down alot so that the MC will help her.

As for my interest in Quinn, with every sage path i always choose to persue Quinn to da fullest, along with all da other girls
I especialy enjoy the cat and mouse game between the two of us.

Sure, Meghan/Melissa might appear to forgive the MC at the end, but it doesn't mean they're going to start a relationship again and, in the end, that's what players want; they want to end the game in a romantic/sexual relationship with one or more women. AL has that, even if it's not entirely good or perfect, but it also has an ending where the MC's actions are punished and he ends up alone, which is not something people like, even when it's optional.

that scene at the funeral is set to make us understand that the relationship, if not already recovered, is at least recoverable. if it were a movie, after the fire and Leah we would consider it a happy ending ...

other games have endings where MC ends his life alone without a doubt ("No more secrets" among the last ones I've played) or have sudden game overs that leave no hope for the future (Melody for example)

DPC does not seem to me to have this moral toughness in punishing betrayals in an absolute way, I speak exclusively for what the current situation is in the game.

if in the next chapter we will really bind to any LI (MC, not us players), at that moment we can talk about loyalty and possible consequences.
