There was a user from France who said it was mid day for him (11am and France and Sweden are from the same time zone)
I live in north America central standard time so it was 4 am for me but I think it dropped at 12pm so 5am

I think so based on his last release for ep6.

Anyway can't wait to get that patron email with the big link. Already downloaded a fresh copy of ep6. Now I just gotta wait for that 4gb patch.
