Go to the lounge and talk to Sage again for 100% of her scene otherwise talk to Lily for her scene as its missable and you have no other way of getting it. (50% Sage scene) What difference does this make besides missing Lily scene

I also played 7.0 without finding any issues. If you check the changelog the fixes are only for minor issues (that you and I might not even have noticed). So I would say: no you don't need to install 7.2
