for me personally i would say go for full chick route but then again i got my eyes on Jill and Bella
eventho Sage is starting to grow in me after her dialogue on episode 7 on full chick route

i did that as well and i usually just go back and forth between neutral and chick
the only thing i changed since ep7 release that made me replay the game again from ep1 is cathy scene because it pissed me off that it blocked me from Bella's path lol

Lol, v true. I though that was so weird. It felt a lot like "So.... since I'm not getting any, I'll just be on my way..." I think it was meant to draw the focus to Jill's conflicting feelings more than MC's weird behavior though since Jill's inner dialogue starts going when he suggests he should leave.

I'd be more inclined to believe this if there weren't other times where MC spent the night with one of the girls (even if you choose not to go further when they're kissing or whatever).

no i mean the way MC acted maybe is reflecting what cake would do irl depends on his nationality,
and that jill part is more of cake trying to tell a story about how jill can't even be honest to herself i suppose ?
not sure tho
but i agree with ur point, and that what irritates me about jill side on that moment
