Hate to say it but when you're wrong you're wrong.
Quinn's scenes in this were fucking awesome. The threesome was basically on par with everything that's happened during the Sage route so far... as it stands up into this chapter, we don't really know a whole lot about Sage other than her boyfriend is gay, a cheater and she's got some issues with her family. This episode brought a lot of things to light regarding Sage. She's obviously wanting to express some unexplored sexual urges and who best to do that with than her two closest friends? Like it or not, Quinn is Sage's best friend in the HOTs. She's said it in the past that they connect on a different level. Shit, even when MC stayed with her, she asked him if he liked Quinn and then said that Quinn liked MC. Think of it this way dude, Sage is a senior who's graduating next year...she's working on her final dissertation. Why wouldn't she try to set her two friends up with each other? Quinn offers MC the chance to get some experiences he otherwise wouldn't, while MC offers Quinn the chance to get some grounding and a chance to mellow out.
That being said, if you would actually play the Quinn route, you'd see the drastic difference in Ep 1 Quinn and Ep 8 Quinn. Plus, that "Broccoli scene" was fucking heartwarming.

Except we do know a lot about Sage and her route leading up to this was the MC talking about wanting something more then just fucking around and his conversations with her after this on her route was talking being an actual couple. And once again this means no Sage content for people on her route for way over 14 months.

I completely disregarded what he said about Quinn being ugly and the most unpopular girl in the game simply because he's speaking out of his ass....and while farts are funny, they tend to smell like shit.

Literally comes last in every poll and even DPC has said she isn't as popular as you like to pretend she is but ok.

I won't post anything yet that can be considered a "spoiler". It may be another week before I post some things about Ep.8 that will be put inside a spoiler tag, as I don't want to ruin it for anyone.

A few observations about Ep.8 that have such good feelings. And well, I have about 55 years of experience seeing every possible TV and movie plot as a comparison.

Again, Being a DIK has such good story telling.

The following are as a mostly CHICK alignment.

MC has gained a lot more respect as his own person by, well, all of the HOTs and all of the DIKs.

One can claim that "Smiley's People" was a sequel to Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy, but really what it was was a fellowship of all of the characters.

EP.8 pushes that strong. CHICK MC is building solid relationships across the whole university. And it is sweet the way the story unfolds.

Even while a little drunk, Sarah likes being around MC for whatever reason.



Elena, will be that sister that will provide you solid advice and guidance. Simply because her relationship with John Boy, is real.



All rather touching. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Yo, Can we get anyone with a way to get info to DPC and get this phone bug address. Multiple people I have seen dealing with it including me.

On different paths as well, People cant Reject Jade, I personally cant Invite Josy and Maya to my room, It says you have messages from girls and when you open there is nothing there and you cant close phone and have to reopen and load a save

using mods will cause problems... dont blame it on the DEV of the game, just dont use them...

and i would suggest, if you use a walkthrough, just use the pdf. No problems with that ^^ other than that... if you got problems with the game like that, its mod related, and the best solution, dont use mods.

A few things.

Is it possible to not date Jill? I'm trying multiple playthroughs where I focus one main girl (or poly) at a time, but the earlier chapters feel like they're aiming at a more "fuck 'em all" playstyle. Same with the drunk kiss with with Bella. Sidenote: I really like Sage's friendship route.

Does the latest chapter always act like the MC is a massive player, even if you fuck noone but your main squeeze? I tried that, but I fucked Envy and Quinn for Hell Week, so maybe that's why everyone but Elena has doubts that the MC can commit to one girl (or poly). Sidenote again: Elena's pretty cool.

Lastly, I generally think the writing for this is stellar, and it makes me laugh out loud or get emotional at points, but fuck me, is that Gender Studies test the most tedious shit I've ever read through on this site. At least if you have minigames switched off. Without the active engagement of answering the questions, it's simply a pointless back and forth that adds absolutely nothing to anything. Even as a joke, it was done earlier with Wendy. With minigames disabled, it really should have cut the middle of it out. The exchange between Jade and Derek at the end was funny though.

Sage gets along well with most sisters; she has more interactions with Quinn who's HOT vice-president, a president wannabe and her former daughter. They have good relationship, I am not denying that; some HOTs bonded well and became best friends: Cammy/Rio, Sarah/Mel; some have sorority sister relationship. one does not necessarily became best friends with another.

they bonded in the past and may know each other better than other sisters; are they best friends NOW? they're clearly not that intimate: Sage's completely ignorant of Quinn's business, drug and whoring out other sisters; already upset with some of Quinn's decisions or behaviours, indicating they don't communicate well, so hardly best friends.

I am avoiding Quinn in the game but I am not against Quinn admirers or any other characters' admirers. I joked about what I saw as an exaggeration, but memes are memes, wasn't my intention to get people offended.

All good. No offense taken, I'm just a little bit of an asshole/troll sometimes. That being said, we don't see Sage interacting with anyone as much as she interacts with Quinn and MC. So that's what I meant by Quinn being her best friend. Unless there are other scenes where she spends time with other HOT members that I haven't seen, Quinn is the closest thing to a best friend she has in the HOT house.

She comes in last because she's the antagonist...she's supposed to be the poster-child for dislike. Also, not a lot of people who are "Anti-Quinn" even give her route a chance. If they did, they'd soften their stance on her. Go through this forum and you'll see a lot of Quinn profile pics and a lot of Quinn love. She isn't as unpopular as you pretend she is but ok.

There is no patch only, you need to download the full episode 8 and then apply the 8.1. DPC changed the version of renPY, so a patch only was impossible.

ok so if anyone is interested after a long and arduous journey i have finally found out how to unlock the sage and quinn threesome ( 4 fucking hours later i fucking hate dpc!!!!)

ok so in order to unlock the sex scene you have to have done all of these 4 things (if you dont it wont happen and you'll be locked out of it)

1. maximum dik affinty before the party planning scene,
2. be only on the sage/quinn path ( so no jill maya/josey or isabella paths simutaniously occuring as well)
3.get the cluck photo with quinn in the hot party, and
4. not be rejected by quinn earlier in the episode and make out with her.

1. dik affinity is pretty easy either only do dik stuff or just use scrappys mod and cheat

2. sage/quinn path only this is because if you are on any other path quinn will straight up reject you, i dont know why this is the case Jills path is the only one that has any reprecussions related to quinn but for some reason if your banging anyone else she just does

3. in order to get the cluck photo you have to get quinn a drink at the hot party and hook up with her in the previous episodes

4. in order to not get rejected by quinn in episode 8 you have to both trigger the library scene with her which you do by having dik affinity and hooking up with her in both episode 6 and 7 and also not be on the jill path because quinn will overhear her asking you out in the library and will reject you when you go talk to her, if you get the library scene and dont get rejected you'll end up outside with quinn later and make out with her automatically.

if you do all these and it still doesn't happen try switching up the choices in the blindfold scenes thats the only other thing i did when i unlocked it. hope anyone who hasn't figured it out yet enjoys this. also by going for the threesome you currently effectively lock yourself out of the jill path even with scrappys mod as in order to continue her path you have to have dinner with her friends which you cant do if you want bang both quinn and sage

it is normal that every girl that you flirt with or even dated once is showing up... but you will only get a route with her when you didnt fucked up the path at some points...

To get josy you have to be in the Maya/Josy relationship, there is no solo Josy route. To get Jill you have to be most of the time faithful and a chick, dont do to many dik actions or you will not have a chance with her... And to go for sage AND Jill at the same time will not work either... those both are branching routes and dont work together in any way.
