Sage talks about personal matters, and her boyfriend is definitely a personal matter, then Jade may well have given her negative opinion about Chad, but without any confession between the two of them

I think that Jade saw something in Chad that made her suspect, call it "gay-radar" if you want, and made some comment about him being gay to Sage. Maybe there are some personal topics that are not discussed at the Burke´s, but it doesn´t have to mean that Sage and Jade only talk about weather.

I never gave thought to that but i do think she is more involved then we all think.
The shrug and hug she gave Neill is a sign they were more close then the story told us so far. MC told Bella they were just "friends with (later on) benefits" But i never got the idea Neill was close to her. Not in a sexual way but there was some aknowledge in that final scene.
DPC told us the interlude will be far smaller then we are used to but still it seems to me that he can close some other open ends beside only telling Zoeys story. I sure hope he does. Just look at the list from Shazba, so many questions. He will need a full episode to close them all so this will be a nice opportunity to do so.

Jade didn't need a "gay radar", Chad probably never stared at her cleavage. Every man who has even minimal interest in the opposite sex does this instinctively.

And to continue with this, we know that the DIK house wasn't hit by the Alphas, because how would they have gotten away with that level of destruction after Chad beat up MC? That's 100% an easy choice to kill a frat.

There is one piece of evidence that incriminates the Alphas:

If it's not the Alphas, it takes a little too much planning and manpower to be plausible.

surely many mysteries exist only in our heads (the soldier in MC's hallucinations, the light that goes on and off in the garden etc.).

then there are others that DPC forcibly wants us to think about, like the cube in MC's room...

but the amount of situations left unresolved is enormous, and the count increases with every chapter, at best a few details are added, but the matters really closed are very few

Vinnie is the best option and makes a lot of sense but DPC likes to shock people so my money is on someone unexpected, even if It makes less sense. Lets hope he doesn't do that in the future.

About the interlude, It would be awesome if Zoey ends up being close to Vinnie, that can be a great way of introducing Vinnie and a challenge to Dik players since they would maybe be forced to choose between their long lost love and friend or Quinn since Quinn and Vinnie's story will clash.

Yeah, probably. That would aim Vinnie although we don´t know how he gets the information. And the reason Chad breaks up with Sage would be Mel and Sarah telling him that should stop using Sage and step aside, specially since she has found another guy that makes her happier. Makes sense.

It’s possible he broke up with her not because of blackmail or someone telling him to but because maintaining this fake relationship wasn’t worth it anymore. Guess we shall see.

I didn't mean to solve the mystery (and frankly, the long wait between one chapter and the next has also made me lose interest, we could talk for 6 months about who did it, then the ninth chapter comes out and the mystery remains unsolved, so should we talk about it for another 6 months?) but only to indicate how, since so much time has passed, since the consequences of that act have already worn off, there really was the culprit, unless there is a big surprise, it doesn't matter any more

She was willing to fuck raw because it's a porn game. Don't read anything into that. DPC's characters might talk about condoms, but they'll never use them. It's not a plot point, it's a porn game.

That said, Jill will be open to a threesome by the end - probably with Bella or Josy. For much the same reason. Vanilla sex, as hot as Jill's scene was, will need to go somewhere over the course of the next 8+ episodes.

I legitimately think there are threesome possibilities between every and all 5 LIs. The whole group of LIs is growing closer in the story and we still have 8 episodes to go. It's why I was surprised when we had to make our choice now, because anybody choosing a relationship has effectively ended the possibility of screwing any side girl solo from this point forward. DPC has to give us something for those on the relationship paths and unless he's planning breakups, which I think would be a programming nightmare he won't touch, LI threesomes are it.

I do see some possibilities of side girls in specific relationship paths though, like helping Sage with her bucket list, which will probably be Sage's main relationship specific storyline going forward.
