But she asks the MC to let them study for it in pairs, which they do in EP6. In this, you can read Maya's attitude well while she helps the MC study for the gender study.

There is truth in your words. Most students don't want to understand what this course is about at all. Its goal is to teach people to respect other people's opinions and to be tolerant towards each other despite differences. Because we are all different.

I can't help but feel flabbergasted when I see people say "I haven't played X route, nor plan to" why would you willingly choose to not view scenes you've never seen before simply cause you aren't interested in that girl or nor their specific route? The completionist in me can't understand not wanting to view every scene especially where there's significant enough branching. That's just me though. No knock on anyone who only plays through these games once without change.

That's why I prefer Sage, Isabella, and Jill to be friends only with Josy/Maya/MC. That way they can all be friends with each other because the relationships are clearly defined. But Zoey will cause stress because she loves the MC and probably wants to be more than friends with him. The DPC system definitely aims for the MC to break hearts and in my case, only Zoey is left.

equality: Everybody (not only by sex but also by orgin, skin color, religion ...) should have the same chance. Skills should be the biggest factor
equation: a female should get the same high class job as a man, no matter that she isn't qualified, if there are already more women, no problem, she has to get it anyway cause it's positive (discrimination)

Equality improves the company cause the best will get their chance, Equation lowers the quality cause persons (i won't say only females) get into a position to make decisions without proper knowledge. I, for my personal favor, would prefer Equality.

It's not too surprising if the main LIs are locked out of future romance. You gotta move forward at some point, it's ridiculous to think all the girls are just on hold for you to pick up where you left off at any given time.

Once you've chosen your girlfriend, you should move on with that. Note that the mc even calls things off with Jade when he's made his decision (assuming he chooses someone), so it tells me the "playing the field" time is over.

That's why I keep saying the remainder of the game will be less about relationship building (other than the one the mc is in) and more about the plot.

if I am honest I am glad if it goes this way, the going back and forth between the LI's or other girls was getting kind of tedious, you get a gf you stay friends or not with the ones you didnt choose and you move on, thats how it should be.

I see CHICK differently. An adult considers possible consequences when making decisions and acts accordingly.

DIK Tommy: With Tommy as president, there would be no more DIK Mansion because he would have just given up. Like a spoiled child lying on the floor screaming and kicking because he can't get ice cream from mom and dad.

NEUTRAL Rusty: He's not an adult yet. But through the MC's speech, Rusty begins to think about himself and realizes that he has been living in this bubble. He develops the ambition to change and become an adult.

CHICK MC: The problem is actually that he grew up too fast. His decision to drop out of high school and not go to San Diego with Zoey clearly shows that. He was shaped by the hardships and bullying in his childhood. He learned early on that he had to work hard to earn something. That's why everyone invites the MC to drink at EP8's dorm party. This is also how he learns to be easygoing and have fun. He goes dancing to Tommy or just starts dancing in the chill zone. The MC starts to learn that there are times when he can be a kid.

There is a difference between a CHICK man (MC) who acts like a kid for a few hours and an adult DIK man who acts like a defiant kid (Tommy). NEUTRAL is just the way to adulthood and cannot be the end of the road. That's why the Major Choice changed in EP8.

DIK/NEUTRAL or NEUTRAL/CHICK. So a DIK who can make a semi-sane decision, or a CHICK who can make a non-serious decision.

In Neil's case, we can see what happens when the MC is DIK and NEUTRAL for too long. Neil was not a chick at the age of 24. In the present he is because he had to be, but his life was full of hardships when Lynette died.

It is one thing to write something on a sheet of paper, looking good when you read it. But it is another thing when todays feminism isn't for people of any gender, it's only for female purposes. If you take a closer look at so called "feminism politic" and not be allayed by the words you will see that nothing that female will benefit from it.

Yeah, I don't think that MC was given the opportunity to explore his views or even have his opinions challenged in the gender studies class. He certainly didn't learn anything other than that his instructor is perfectly fine with sexual harassment in the workplace so long as she holds the power. He was just kind of turned into a straw man and used as a punching bag when he wasn't just serving as an unpaid therapist for his classmates. I actually think that Derek got more out of the class than he did LOL.
