Josy is the deadlock. Maya comes up with a plan, Maya goes to college, Maya is always under threat, and Josy just cries. She is completely useless, Maya doesn't need such a weak and pathetic girl.
Maya needs a stronger and more confident partner like MC.

She is a really sweet and caring person
And she certainly isn't useless
apart the girls are good

I don't know...their relationship looks to be rather shaky at this point and I would predict that it will depend on the player's choices if they stay together or break up.

Josy and Maya the love triangle was great. I still had feelings for Josy the first girl I fell for. But I know I would be third wheeling so I left that.

I started out as a Maya hater, even shitposted about her.
Since than, I played all the routes, some in different affinities.
Nowadays, I do find genuine joy in the MJ path, it has it's own brand of humor.
Likewise, I do enjoy the Jill route, since it's a very vanilla route with it's own jokes and inside jokes. Also that route does giveaway for more drama if double timing with Bella.
But, the more I played, the more I personally disliked Josy. I do jokingly call her a Pokewhore, due to being a midget compared to Sage, and well, for acting like a hoe. She goes behind Maya's back at ep9, she acts all insulted and attacks MC in the toilet. Overall, I find her to be hella toxic and nowadays I prefer Maya waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more.
But the thing is, I never hid the fact that I dislike cheaters overall. Sage kind of gets special treatment since she knew Chad was cheating on her(call it gut feeling, panties and all). So with Sage/MC, it was a revenge fuck in a way.
I think Maya deserves better.
I also hope that MJ route can be made better and really reaffirm the girls love for each other.
I'd also like the possibility if not on MJ to make them work, but REALLY work. Not the toxic shit they have now.
I am fully aware that Josy's fans are legion. And I have no issue with them.
I myself am a MJ route enjoyer.
But the more I play, the way DPC is pushing the narrative... he makes me dislike her more with each update.
Overall, all the characters are in a way good as is, but I also hope the end game is not narrowed down narrative wise. Specially MJ wise, since there is a clear push for instability, betrayal and cheating.
And the newly added Cheater Points from EP9 are a warning for things to come.
And I hope it gives real cause and effect to the game.
Maybe, but after EP9 we are deep into "maybe I was wrong about you territory" given how many times now it's come up that it seems a bit beyond "rando named character we need to fill scene".IMO, the entire fun part about Sally is the banter resulting form Fuckface being a DIK to her, even Karen joins in in ep9
Yes, but a 20 render dedicated series seems to be excessive if it's just the result of "patreons voted for it but I'm not really that into the character". Even Nicole, who has clearly gotten DPCs attention as a character they want to develop substantially, only got an effectively 10-12 render series that was then extended to 24 with a quick colour filter over the top.

Not naive, I simply don't care if someone is triggered by silly internet comments about a virtual characters in an adult visual novel on a porn game pirating site... which are all NTR'd by the way since they are getting dunk'd by thousands of playersHa ha... naive guy

I was looking at this preview of Maya, and I wondered who owned that arm/shoulder.
It's not the MC, because he's wearing the fraternity jacket in other previews in the same place where the camp is taking place. (The MC is in the scene, but he's in POV)
I don't think it's Derek either, because Jamie appeared in the beer pong preview, and he was also wearing the Dik fraternity jacket, so you can imagine that Derek is also wearing the same jacket.
It's not Josy, because she's wearing a different jacket from the one in Maya's preview.
Anyway, who do you think is with Maya in this tent?
