I'd say Anthony here is being played as "stupid yet smart" kind of character. Despite him being pointed out as the dumbest, he's the one to figure shit out with pictures, the one trying to bring some kind of peace and maturity during DIK-Jock confrontation which ends up with Caleb fight and he's the only one(Since Chad's out) going for serious relationship and somehow thinking about the future. Pretty bad for him though, cause he'll be the one who will end up with Arieth and her baby since he's the dad. And I can totally see him discovering fatherly feelings.
Also, am I the only one who has the feeling that DPC will somehow push Chad's and Caleb's heads together in next chapters? Alphas will obviously discover Chad's secret sooner or later and that will play a big role in MC being friendly/ally to Chad depending on playthrough.

The more I play this game, the more it gives me "Bully" vibes where frat wars may end up with all frats coming to peace with each other towards the end.

You think the Alphas still want to know about it now ? Dawe seems to move on about Arieth's adventures and Chad is back in the frat so I'm not sure they will be very concerned anymore.
They just want to make sure they don't get screwed by the HOT's only partying with the DIKs.

Dude, you're on drugs if you think that baby's coming out anything but black. It'll take Dawe a few hours of hard thinking before he figures out it's not his, but he'll get there eventually.

DPC already teed this one up with Jacob looking all scared during the Thanksgiving party when Tommy mentioned Arieth got knocked up. He's gonna spend the entirety of the next two chapters panicking and acting like an idiot, until the start of season 4 when everyone finally remembers there's a black jock, Darius.

And just to rub it in, every time Arieth's pregnancy is mentioned during the next two chapters, Darius will be somewhere in the background, whistling nonchalantly and scooting sideways out of frame.

You lads are thinking way too much with raceplay thing. Jacob is scared of everything - hooking up with girls at parties with Jocks, one of potential DIKs making out with Sage in front of everyone etc etc. His character is like that - out of all the DIKs he's the biggest CHICK on par with Nick.
Ant is clearly my bet. He's too good of a character so far just to be used as a third wheel between Ashley and Derek. Him being out of the picture with that kid is the most obvious thing ever.
Darius started to appear since like what...EP7? Whole play with Arieth pregnancy started with Dawe's dick pills which were mentioned way, way earlier than that.
I'd laugh my ass off if it ends up with Jamie. Dodged one bullet - got hit with buckshot instead)
Anyway, we'll see how it plays out in the future)

Unless Darius has been juicing along with the other jocks. Steroids kill sperm; they’re an extremely effective (though unintentional) form of male birth control. You could apply gallons of steroid-affected jock spooge directly to Arieth’s uterus and get nothing. Babydaddy’s either a jock who’s secretly not been juicing… or a DIK.

Or, in a really fun twist, Magnar.

Or in an especially crazy twist, Chad—who was super drunk when it happened and thought it was Troy he fucked, and this is the secret Sarah and Mel have been keeping all along.

It's not a race play thing, per se. It's a "how to humiliate Dawe" thing.
Consider: what is the simplest method DPC could use to show that Dawe is not the father of Arieth's child? Answer: by making the child mixed-race.
If Anthony is the father, (or Rusty, Tommy, Vinny, Nick, Jamie, Leon or Magnar, for that matter) then either Dawe or Arieth would have to demand a paternity test, and the results of said test leak to the public before Dawe could be properly mocked for having his girlfriend knocked up by another man.
If the kid comes out black, it's immediately obvious that Dawe is not the father.

Edit: Immediately obvious for us and the DIKs, that is. Dawe will still need the mechanics explained to him.

Can't be Chad, then. He's admitted he's been juicing. But not all the jocks have. Dawe, for example has been eating Arieth's birth control pills instead of taking steroids. And I'll bet we find out at some point that Caleb is clean as a whistle.
