What changes between dik and chick for Sage's route? I'm curious because I only ever go chick or neutral in runs where I'm only pursuing Bella or Jill, so I always refuse Sage early on. I'd also like to know what happens if you do a chick run and choose Sage but only after rejecting her until episode 7. I just don't have the time to play all these sub-paths.
Not at the same time, no. But you can use a mod that lets you edit your DIK score on the fly. Set yourself to CHICK to get a scene, set it back to DIK when the scene is over, that sort of thing. Either Scrappy's or Sancho's will work.
Sage barely changes between DIK and CHICK. I’ve done both DIK and CHICK runs with her, and my GF is in the middle of a big-CHICK run with her. She’s a bit of a DIK herself, but she’s hot for the MC regardless of how he leans.

When you have been on the Sage path, are on the throuple path, At the end of Ep8 friend-zone Sage, end of Ep9 break up with M&J (example, dump them for Jill). That meeting in Ep10 appears and is painful. You see the maximum shock and devastation of Josy, and sincere sadness of Sage when she reflects what could have been. Maya says some words but suffers in silence.
If you play as Dik, Josy and Maya themselves rejects you in ep4 and at the end of ep8 you choose between Sage and the Others branch, lol.
You lose some RP and an option in a scene in the seventh chapter

If you refuse her the whole time and only start somethign with her in ep 7 or not doesnt matter either, but it feels VERY odd.... like... seven episodes "nah i dont want Sage" and than... "oh come on lets start something serious", its weird...
Which kinda sums up 99% of all porn logic together in one little dialogue. And i dont like totally dumb porn. And the Sage route does provide "dumb porn" logic just way too much, just like the threesome with Quinn out of the blue.

Either way, the biggest difference as chick or dik with Sage is... you can have a threesome with Sage and Quinn as a dik. That is not possible in a chick run, but only cause Quinn is not interested in a chick MC. So....yeah... Sage as Dik or Chick doesnt really matter. Wouldnt be surpised if there are some more Threesome (or even more girls involved) opportunities wth Sage along the road, maybe for a chick MC too, like with Lily for example would be a good fit, or MAYBE even with Josy and Maya? Dont know but Sage is obviously the one Maingirl who likes to "share" the MC in consent.
But overall that feels odd to me too, there are enough sidegirls who dont want something serious with the MC and would share him with anybody... for a serious relationship with Sage in the very early stages, this is just... strange. Which is the reason why i dont like the Sage path that much. It just doesnt feel right to me, it has its moments, even romantic ones... just to kill those moments all together one scene later. I cant take the relationship path with Sage serious, it doesnt work that way. Yeah its a porn game, but a porn game with at least some kind of "Standard" to not to be too dumb about the porn fact.
