We must have very different tastes because Sage is gorgeous without makeup and it was a refreshing to see her like this. And without makeup she looks younger, really like a ~20 yo girl.
Most likely her eyes, the effect you noticed, is the result of choosing not the best facial expression, they can be a little crooked. Some expressions in the library are terrible and require a lot of manual work to correct.

Chalk it up to natural/indoor lighting and it being prewash, product and styling? Although if we are talking about hairstyles and colors, I'd like to spend a bit more time with fiery younger sage. She seems rather spicy in her look and attitude.

Yeah I had same problem. I just ended up actually playing the mini game, and marking my answers down for future reference. After that playthrough I tossed it and turned the mini games off.

The game randomize the the pattern you should read the unstruction to get the hint if you follow the walkthrough theres a high chance you will get it wrong

So what's the endgame with telling Quinn "I would have stayed" when she admits to being a drug dealer.

Are we going to get a super dark ending ala the "Drug Lord" ending on Good Girl Gone Bad where MC murders Vinny and becomes a hardcore dealer with Quinn or Lily?

It's telling Quinn that despite what she's doing, the MC has her back. He would have been more prepared for it, and it would mean he had her trust.
