I think he slept with her for certain before then but she got upset after witnessing him fucking Wendy in public during his drunk escapade and met up with and started dating Anthony instead, and then Episode 7 happened where he managed to seduce her, over a text message, while drunk (which means she still likes (or liked, as in past tense?) him). As for Arieth, I think there's a choice you can make where he dodges that bullet but I forget what it was, I just know that it's there lol.

Derek will fuck Arieth if you stay at the party in Episode 2. But if you leave early to be with Maya, OR Derek wins the shots battle, he will remain crabs free.
Ashley is also a choice in Episode 7, you need to tell Derek she's with Anthony, so that he sends the text. Unless I'm wrong, and it's actually a required task. It's hard to remember, the Major Choice for that party is so fucking stupid, you get rid of the majority of jocks no matter what.

I just played it a few times recently doing routes so I know getting rid of the jocks is the affinity choice, but it's optional even on CHICK route lol. It also makes the Walk of Shame scene after the party funnier.

That was the only action tied to that major choice to get rid of the Alphas that I wouldn't have done. It's straight bullying ... even if the recipient is Dawe, a CHICK wouldn't do that. Wish there were a choice for Neutral or DIK to push Dawe in the pool, or for CHICK to ignore Dawe and he goes away on his own once he is the last Alpha remaining.
