I wouldn't go as far as to say that she's a psychopath like some do. But it definitely sounds like she's a very troubled person, to put it lightly. Her own dialogue as well suggests that she's not alright mentally, something about drowning in loneliness?

no, but it gives bugs, DPC put little mines in their code and if you step on one of those mines with a mod it will give you bugs. And no, you can't have all the girls at once.

Regarding the call for help speech in EP3, she's clearly very troubled, she already had quite a few near mental breakdowns in past episodes, I think it will get worse before it gets better, but it is wise to remember DPC is also quite shitty at justifying some of these scenes (e.g. EP8's "no no no" ending).
He can very well end up alluding to the line below and say that was what MC was talking about back in EP3
